METHOD OF USING;
Diffuse in your home or office to help with colds, flu, or general respiratory support.
Keep handy for travel—planes, trains, or car trips with kids.
Place a few drops on cotton wool balls under your mattress.
Add 30 drops to 100ml of spring water in a mist bottle and spray in rooms.
Add 8–10 drops to a candle burner for aromatic diffusion.
Place 2–3 drops on a tissue and inhale deeply, or inhale directly from the bottle.
Mix 2–3 drops with a good-quality carrier oil and apply to the soles of the feet.
Safety: Do not allow the undiluted essential oils to come into direct contact with skin.
